DESCRIPTION:The Pacifico Ultra takes place at Mill Creek Summit in the Angeles National Forest\, offering a 50k and half-marathon through pine forests and high-desert terrain above the Mojave. The 50k covers 31.8 miles with 5\,621 feet of elevation gain\, spending most of its miles between 5\,000 and 7\,100 feet — expect real mountain conditions\, including temperatures that can swing from the mid-50s to the mid-80s on race day. The half-marathon charges straight to Pacifico Summit and back with 2\,510 feet of gain.
